BERTHET. Album “Pin-Up” No. 4 (1st Edition)

album rare Berthet album , written by Yann.
Volume 4 of the series. First edition, out of print.
Year: 1998.

A subtle blend of glamour and humor, *Pin Up* takes us
into American society during World War II.
The military authorities needed to boost the morale
of their troops and called upon a comic book artist (a certain Milton Caniff…)
who would create the voluptuous Poison Ivy. These whimsical
and patriotic comics had an unexpected effect on the morale of the GIs…
Berthet Yann drew inspiration from them to create their “Pin-up.”
